Shipping and Returns

Inside the UK:

There is an option when ordering on our website to choose the delivery method that is most appropriate to you these are:

Royal Mail UK 3 day delivery: £5.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery UK next day before 1pm: £7.95

Outside the UK (Most of Europe)

Outside the UK we use Royal Mail Airsure which delivers to these countries which costs £12.

Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland.

Warranties

All our parts come with a warranty which is dependant on whether they are NEW units, RECONDITIONED or USED units these are clearly stated on the product's description before the checkout stage of transaction.

All NEW units we supply come with a 3 years warranty. No cash refunds. Replacement units will be sent within the 1st year of the warranty, and a charge will be made until the faulty unit is returned. Units after this time must be sent in for testing. These will be repaired and sent back free.

All RECONDITIONED units come with a 2 years warranty. No cash refunds. Replacement units will be sent within the 1st year of the warranty, and a charge will be made until the faulty unit is returned. Units after this time must be sent in for testing. These will be repaired and sent back free.

All USED units come with a 6 month warranty. No cash refunds. These units must be returned if faulty within the given warranty time and will be repaired and retur22ned free of charge.

Returns Policy:

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item.

Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
We will charge you with the full credit card charge normally 3%, a 10% handling charge and the cost of packing (£1)

Refund Policy:

We do not give refunds on electrical items, however if a part if faulty we will replace it free of charge, on receiving the faulty unit.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be confirmed by telephone: 01708 223 225 or by email: hazel@pcrago.fsnet.co.uk before 4:30pm on the day of ordering.
