When orders need to be retrieved or changed quickly the system can be searched by all relevant information in seconds.

For example, enter any information relating to the order you want to find into the boxes as shown below to view a list of orders.

Orders can also be found by partial or full order number and product code…

Customers can be searched and created with accuracy and speed

Searching for existing customers couldn't be easier, simply type in any piece of information about them, and click search. A list will appear giving you customers found relating to the information you entered.

Creating new customers is just as easy, by clicking Create instead of Search; you can enter any details of the new customer and click Create Customer. From there you can jump straight into making an order for that customer by clicking Make Order.

You can also use the Lookup Address button to find an address automatically by postcode or first line.

Handle monthly accounts and create statements

Customers can be created with the ability to create orders and pay a monthly statement. Or they can be created to have the restriction of having to pay immediately the order is created.

Unpaid orders can be invoiced by selection, and also set as paid by selection…

All unpaid monthly account customer orders can be compiled into a single document with all customers' statements by the click of one button in the Misc section…

Pricing structures to cope with Retail, Trade and Wholesale customers

By setting customers with an account type of Retail, Trade, or Wholesale. When logging in, they can view and order with the appropriate pricing structure.

Manage all stock in a straight forward interface

Advanced searching techniques can be used to find parts, and check stock levels.

Exact search will allow you to search a specific product code, or all products under a specific Part Group Code.

Wildcard search will expand your searching ability to allow you to search for a partial product code, part group code; for example all product codes beginning with PDAF.

Monitor stock levels and create purchase orders, return to supplier papers with ease

Levels search gives the option to find all products under a specific stock level, e.g. 5. Also you can search for stock underneath each products minimum stock level.

From the Stock list, you can see how much stock of each product you have, how many are on order, and the recommended order quantity.

You can update multiple stock levels on the fly and see a summary of the estimated total stock value from your search

By selecting the products you want to order in, and the suppliers you want to order from, you can create purchase orders, and return to supplier notes.
